Negotiated rights shouldn't be mistaken for natural rights.

Much of the opposition to the current version of Wisconsin’s budget repair bill is allegedly because it takes away some public employees’ rights to collectively bargain. The rhetoric reveals that many of the people opposing the bill don’t seem to have any notion as what a “right” actually is.
